Download and fill out the form below. You are able to (1) fill it out digitally (PDF format) and submit it on the dropbox file below, or (2) print it out, fill in the copy by hand, and mail the documents to the address below.
Pay your camp fees. If you are filling out your form digitally, you are also able to pay online via PayPal below. Simply select the camp and number of attendants that will be joining. Please be sure that the payment portion of your registration forms matches the form of payment you choose to complete, as well as the total paid.
 That your registration forms and payments are required to be turned in and paid in full by 11:59pm on May 31 to qualify for the early bird pricing.
 If you are signing up for 3 siblings per camp, please contact us for a PayPal payment request as this is currently not an available option on our PayPal tool below.
Receive confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation stating that you are fully enrolled for the camp after the camp registration forms and payments have been successfully received in full.
The maximum enrollment is 40 participants per camp.
The Last Day for a Full Refund is June 1 unless the camp(s) are cancelled due to an insufficient enrollment. As the gymnasium is enclosed, inclement weather will not affect the camp(s).
